About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Baker to join our team at IN THE CLOUDS CAKES & EVENTS in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders
• Ensuring all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation
• Assisting with the decoration and finishing touches on cakes and other baked items
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipe ideas and improve existing products
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience as a Baker, ideally within the Bakers & Pastry Chefs industry
• Strong baking skills and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality baked goods
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities to work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the wider culinary team
