Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth and efficient factory operations, including production, warehouse, and material planning.
2. Develop and execute daily factory routines in collaboration with the team.
3. Communicate effectively about daily production and operational issues across all manufacturing levels.
4. Supervise, lead, motivate, direct, develop, and train production employees; assign work and prioritize tasks.
5. Provide technical expertise and leadership, including training new factory workers to ensure competency.
6. Address and resolve factory-related issues promptly; analyze and optimize production capacity; monitor manufacturing processes and key metrics.
7. Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues.
8. Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials; develop and track performance metrics.
9. Create and coordinate employee training to increase production, safety, and profitability.
10. Ensure all safety and health standards are met to maintain an accident-free workplace.
11. Set productivity goals for manufacturing teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing support experience in production, master scheduling, planning, logistics, or warehousing.
• Strong analytical skills to provide cost insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
