JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

2. Carry out sales strategy, marketing plan and product promotion activities for customers via online and offline media

3. Assists in doing promotions outside the boutique such as at expos and booths

4. Doing training and coaching for the sales team

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand customer behaviour, and needs effrectively.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have a bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in business, marketing, or a related profession.

2. Possess a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a related field

3. Be familiar with modern marketing strategies and social media usage, particularly on Tiktok.

4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication abilities

5. Maintain an excellent time management ability, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to support the company's growth.

6. Have the ability to work well under pressure.
