Job description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and phone.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all client interactions.
  5. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and consistent service.
  7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
  8. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  9. Develop and organize customer service processes, SOPs, internal manuals, and customer-facing guidance materials.
  10. Support the onboarding and training of junior customer service team members.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Investment, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the finance or trading industry.
  3. Experience and knowledge in CFDs, Forex, or Cryptocurrency is a strong advantage.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  6. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required as you will support Mandarin-speaking clients.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
