We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all client interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and consistent service.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Develop and organize customer service processes, SOPs, internal manuals, and customer-facing guidance materials.
- Support the onboarding and training of junior customer service team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Investment, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the finance or trading industry.
- Experience and knowledge in CFDs, Forex, or Cryptocurrency is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required as you will support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
