CTO role for a large insurtech organisation based in Petaling Jaya

Your new company

This company is a prominent provider of online solutions tailored for the insurance and financial sectors. Their services encompass workflow applications, document management systems, and electronic connections with national transport and provident fund departments.



Renowned for their innovative approach, they provide round-the-clock access to their solutions, which are designed to boost efficiency and streamline operations for their clients. They are currently on the lookout for a CTO to revamp their solutions to be more aligned with ever changing market needs.

Your new role

The CTO is responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, leading innovation efforts, and managing tech teams to ensure efficient deployment of software and hardware. They ensure the security and scalability of systems, manage the technology budget, and collaborate with other executives to align technology goals with business objectives. Additionally, they present reports on the company's technology status and progress to the executive committee.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Extensive Experience:
  Proven track record in technology management, preferably within the insurtech industry.
