Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and civil systems are operating optimally to support business continuity.

Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions.

Monitor building systems such as HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and lift/escalator performance.

Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory requirements.

Respond promptly to operational issues and coordinate emergency repairs as needed.

Assist the Facility Manager with daily operations and project coordination.
