Job Summary:

Trim and Probe Process Engineer, responsible on manufacturing process from incoming to outgoing in delivering Quality Output on-time. Able to analyze a process system and initiate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lot On hold, perform risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation and provide on-time disposition.
  • Initiate continuous improvement which includes Process standardization, Process simplification, cost savings projects
  • Involved in Site transfers activities, New tester/ probers qualification
  • Initiate problem solving and trouble-shooting on Trim processes as to reduce production related problems and delays
  • Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure all processes and procedures for Trim & Probe is documented and executed.
