About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and resourceful Event Project Manager to lead a regional roadshow campaign taking place across key cities in Malaysia. As the primary point of contact for this campaign, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and seamless execution of event deliverables — from ideation to post-event reporting — while working closely with both internal creative teams and external vendors, talents, and stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves on-ground execution, and brings a strong sense of accountability and creative flair.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Develop detailed event timelines, activation schedules, and planning documentation.
  • Propose venue options, activation concepts, and KOL involvement aligned with target audience interests.
  • Source and manage vendors (e.g., booth setup, AV, logistics, printing).
  • Recruit and brief on-ground staff for each event location.
  • Oversee end-to-end setup and teardown processes at each activation site.

3. Logistics & Operations

  • Coordinate transportation, storage, and movement of event assets.
  • Ensure all collaterals, merchandise, and equipment are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Handle necessary permit applications and liaise with local authorities when required.
  • Lead the on-site team during setup, event execution, and dismantling.
  • Troubleshoot live issues and ensure smooth operations throughout.
  • Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and enforce safety protocols.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular progress updates and key developments to internal teams.
  • Act as the liaison for all external stakeholders, vendors, and partners during execution.

6. Post-Event Reporting

  • Submit post-event reports, including photo documentation, audience data, and key learnings.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer actionable insights for future activations.

7. KOL & KOC Management

  • Identify and propose suitable KOLs/KOCs for campaign objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end collaboration — from briefing and negotiations to contracts and appearance schedules.
  • Oversee content creation, live engagements, and event participation.
  • Analyze engagement outcomes and compile performance feedback.

Event Timeline & Coverage

The campaign will run over three weekends between end-June to mid-July, covering key regions:

  • Northern Region: Penang
  • Southern Region: Johor
