Job description

PGEO Biotech, a leading player in the palm oil biotechnology industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our growing team. If you have a passion for science and innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and timely.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of lab consumables and chemicals.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures in the laboratory at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of ISO/Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
