We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate cross-functional activities across legal, finance, logistics, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in licensing (e.g., HSE, product compliance), and fluency in Mandarin (required).

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance, Logistics) and external parties (government agencies, vendors).
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Manage applications and renewals for HSE, product certifications, and other necessary licenses.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Operational Efficiency

• Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Monitor logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
• Prepare reports for management on operational performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (required for stakeholder communication).
• 5+ years in operations, compliance, or supply chain management (preferably in manufacturing/OEM).
• Experience in obtaining licenses (HSE, product compliance, etc.) and dealing with government agencies.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electronics manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and export/import procedures.
