This position is responsible for the operations of specific programs assigned to you, ensuring the delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic cycle counts of warehouse cargo and report discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints related to inventory.
- Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
- Update stock movements and adjustments in WMS.
- Communicate and update customers via email daily.
- Monitor and reorder stock for packaging materials as needed.
- Complete and submit all required documentation, such as inventory, damage, and rework reports, to customers timely.
- Supervise a team of agency workers to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Organize daily task delegation among team members.
- Support warehouse senior executives in implementing initiatives to meet warehouse goals, strategies, and policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and take necessary actions to uphold conditions.
- Report unsafe activities within the warehouse to your supervisor.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum SPM level with good results.
- Physically fit with good eyesight.
- At least 3 years of warehousing experience.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Supervisory experience with a good track record.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate staff for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Independent and a team player with high integrity.
