Job description

This position is responsible for the operations of specific programs assigned to you, ensuring the delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform periodic cycle counts of warehouse cargo and report discrepancies.
  2. Handle customer complaints related to inventory.
  3. Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
  4. Update stock movements and adjustments in WMS.
  5. Communicate and update customers via email daily.
  6. Monitor and reorder stock for packaging materials as needed.
  7. Complete and submit all required documentation, such as inventory, damage, and rework reports, to customers timely.
  8. Supervise a team of agency workers to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
  9. Organize daily task delegation among team members.
  10. Support warehouse senior executives in implementing initiatives to meet warehouse goals, strategies, and policies.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and take necessary actions to uphold conditions.
  12. Report unsafe activities within the warehouse to your supervisor.
  13. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM level with good results.
  • Physically fit with good eyesight.
  • At least 3 years of warehousing experience.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Supervisory experience with a good track record.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate staff for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independent and a team player with high integrity.
