Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
Collaborate with managers to contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule. Provide regular updates on project status to the manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Collaborate with various departments to understand and address ERP needs.
Implement, manage, and maintain ERP software and systems to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with vendors for system updates and customizations.
Document ERP processes, user manuals, and related information for future reference.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionalities.
Streamline ERP-related processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Regularly review and update ERP systems for improvements and upgrades.
Provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for setting up financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI, or, IFCA, is a plus.
Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
Understanding of retail operations and processes.
Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills that will enable work to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience in providing technical support and training.
Well monitor project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment.
