  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month
Main Function
  • Canvass for new clients in overseas markets, meet individual sales targets, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule, follow up with the production department on customer orders, and explore ideas for promoting the company in overseas markets.
Responsibilities
  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices for existing and new customers.
  • Make travel plans to potential overseas markets.
  • Source potential advertisement opportunities in overseas media.
  • Check and verify documentary collections prepared by the Sales Admin Executive.
  • Ensure overseas outstanding debts are collected within stipulated terms.
  • Monitor customer orders with the Planning department to ensure completion within deadlines, and coordinate final delivery with clients and administration.
  • Confirm with the Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
  • Liaise with the Packing Department for final order receipt and provide feedback to clients as needed.
  • Participate in safety and health activities organized by the company and adhere to company safety and health regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills

• Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years of experience in an export environment.

• Able to work under tight deadlines.

• Independent and able to make decisions.

• Problem-solving skills and complaint handling abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good interpretation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to canvas, maintain, and manage customer relationships.

• Mature, disciplined, and self-motivated.
