Job description

· Prepare, finalize, and review audit working papers and audit reports.

· Prepare draft tax computations and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities.

· Liaise with clients on all aspects of the engagement, including highlighting issues related to accounting or other related areas.

· Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow from the client to the audit team.

· Lead various audit engagements, including planning, performing, reviewing work performed by less experienced personnel, and concluding the engagement.

· Perform special audit engagements.

· Manage and guide junior staff on engagement teams and review their work before submission to the manager.

· Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.

· Identify performance improvement opportunities.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Meet KPIs set by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Audit Senior

• Professional accounting qualification and/or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

• Partial professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in audit

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Proactive, resourceful, innovative, and detail-oriented

• Competency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy

Requirements & Qualifications

Audit Manager

• Full or partial professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent) and/or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience, preferably with a top 10 international firm

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional but preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients)

• Proactive, resourceful, innovative, and detail-oriented

• Good report writing, computer, leadership, and interpersonal skills
