Minimum scholarity, SPM or finished middle school.

Proactively contribute and communicate between all stakeholder departments and their interfaces.

Tasks

Possess knowledge (systems and processes) at all main workplaces in the area that enables to operate independently, instructs new employees, and guides/supervises the staff if requested.

Detect deviations in the production process, initiate countermeasures by following the applicable reaction plan, and inform production management.

Responsible for starting and leading investigations for NCMR, internal claims, and any process and quality deviations.

Monitor quality in manufacturing according to all quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).

Ensure cleanliness requirements of the line are followed.

Monitor data documentation and inform production leadership or responsible departments in case of deviations.

Ensure scrap is disposed of in the appropriate scrap boxes and handed over for recycling as soon as required.

Responsible for the exchange of documents in production, such as work instructions, data sheets, announcements, and guarantee communication to the team (Key communicator).

Monitor and follow up on the provision of materials for production.

Actively participate in production planning, delivery date determination, or processing of special orders.

Responsible for production, delivery, and PO scheduling in SAP and MES.

Conduct refresher training for staff in case of process or work instruction changes.

Develop training plans for each team member.

Maintenance

Carry out initial fault diagnosis in case of plant or process faults and inform responsible authorities.

Supervise handling of traffic light cards/machine release forms during machine malfunctions and accompany re-release.

Validate execution and documentation of operator maintenance and 5S checklists.

Leadership

Act as the direct supervisor of the assigned production employees. Disciplinary measures will be taken in consultation with the cost center manager and HR.

Conduct annual employee appraisals and derive further training needs.

Create and maintain operations planning for employees in his/her area.

Maintain the qualification matrix.

Responsible for vacation planning of his/her own shift.

Guide employees in technical aspects during the shift and support them in production processes.

Ensure compliance with test specifications, work plans, and instructions.

Facilitate daily team dialogues and lead based on key figures.

Actively participate in performance dialogues.

Improvement

Actively optimize workflows for better efficiency and quality with his/her team.

Participate in failure reduction initiatives.

Participate in TPM and 5S teams.

Implement ideas from PDCA cards and idea management with the team.

Occupational Safety / Environmental Protection / Precious Metal Safety

Monitor compliance with occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations.

Ensure compliance with PMMS requirements and support implementation of precious metal recycling processes.

Conduct safety training.

Perform special tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Supervise special orders for process technology or development.
