Support strategic planning through insightful analyses

1. Assist in the preparation of management reports with written narratives to support analysis and findings
2. Perform financial modelling to analyze proposals on financial and non-financial returns
3. Extract insights from financial statements
4. Evaluate corporate proposals
5. Support management in reviewing corporate strategies and plans
6. Analyze profit-and-loss statements and prepare reports and recommendations for management
7. Create financial models of 'what if' scenarios for future business planning, including new product development and marketing strategies

Analyze efficiency and effectiveness of resource allocation

1. Analyze trends, identify improvements, risks, financing issues, and key business concerns
2. Review the completeness of financial accounts and cost accounting
3. Support operational efficiency improvements through analysis
4. Provide in-depth analysis of the performance of HLMG OCs
5. Generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, and other business areas
6. Conduct economic research on rates of return, depreciation, and investments
7. Research economic trends to assist financial planning

Support enhancements to business profitability and performance

1. Consult with business units by providing financial insights for business plans, KPIs, and process development
2. Assist business units with insights for informed decision-making to achieve company objectives
3. Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals
4. Appraise investments, capital expenditures, and financing options, providing guidance and recommendations

Strategize with business units on resource allocation and management

1. Manage and monitor financial control systems
2. Review and optimize working capital
3. Analyze and improve cost efficiency and its impact on value creation
4. Assist in developing and implementing sustainability and environmental cost strategies

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Power BI is an advantage
• Demonstrate critical thinking and multitasking abilities
