Job Description

Responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing-related applications such as Recipe Management System, Material Management System, Tooling Management System, Equipment Automation Program, and Shop Floor System.

Provides 24x7 standby on-call manufacturing support on a rotation basis.

Has good experience in L2/L3 troubleshooting.

Involved in equipment characterization to test new equipment SECS/GEM software.

Provides technical specifications, user guides, and conducts user training.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1-2 years supporting applications across distributed areas; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or knowledge of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL programming.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, especially for supporting operations in China.
• Ability to understand cross-cultural working environments.
• Good analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and triaging skills.
• Good understanding of support processes and change management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as .NET, C#, or related languages is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of automation scripting such as SECS/GEM & Secs Talk Pro (STP) is an additional advantage.
