Job Responsibility

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful IT Specialist who has a strong understanding of general IT support, systems management, and web technologies, especially e-commerce platforms like Shopify, with the ability to link with SiteGiant. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT systems, providing tech support, and managing updates and improvements to our websites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for internal hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and server systems.
3. Manage and update e-commerce websites (primarily Shopify).
4. Customize Shopify themes, troubleshoot plugins/apps, and implement new features.
5. Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
6. Coordinate with marketing and design teams for web content updates.
7. Monitor website analytics and implement improvements for performance and UX.
8. Manage backup and disaster recovery for IT systems and websites.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Shopify Liquid (templating language).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience with email marketing tools and integrations.
