About the role

What you'll be doing

• Oversee a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services and support to the business.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders to support decision-making and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

What we're looking for
