Job description

Oversee laboratory operations, staff assignments, scheduling, result generation, and reporting.

Maintain laboratory equipment performance by following quality standards and troubleshooting procedures.

Maintain lab supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying delivery.

Ensure laboratory productivity by coordinating workload and functional area adjustments as directed.

Maintain laboratory quality results by participating in external quality assurance programs.

Manage laboratory information system, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Undertake training for the implementation of new procedures and protocols.

Perform other roles as assigned by superiors.

Requirements: Must have IKM Membership. Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 & SAMM Policies.
