Job description

Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve PMO standards, frameworks, and governance models for digital product delivery, including reporting and escalation processes.
• Oversee prioritization, resource planning, and coordination across the digital product portfolio in collaboration with Group Product Leads.
• Guide and support execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, acting as a senior escalation point for risks and dependencies.
• Ensure strong collaboration and alignment among product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team; define roles, competencies, and lead capability development through structured learning programs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, translating project performance into actionable insights and clear executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics, tooling enhancements, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirement

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are required.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with a track record of managing high-performing project or agile delivery teams.
• Expertise in both traditional PMO governance and agile delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt across methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, with a data-driven approach to delivery tracking and reporting.
