Attend to sales inquiries through the communication tool.

Prepare sales orders, sales invoices, follow up, sales reports, and other ad-hoc work related to sales.

Consistently follow up with the sales representative and answer any questions or concerns.

Assist the sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, filing, administrative support, and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.

Perform inventory arrangements for office supplies.

Any other assignments given.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENT

Minimum qualification of SPM, Certificate, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in administration is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment.

Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

OTHER

Must own transport and be willing to travel.
