Job Responsibility
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at gateway sorting center.
- Coordinating with regional driver team.
- Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
- Timely handling of abnormal situations of vehicles, reporting to relevant units or departments.
- Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operation.
- JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
- Ensuring all vehicles depart and arrive on time.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field of study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Preferably Mandarin speaker.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Rotating shift work (Morning/Night).
