Experience in deployment of End Point Security Solution (Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, FortiClient EMS, Sophos)

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Able to adapt in customer work environment

Able to work as a team

Dynamic, systematic, and self-motivated person

Work on complex deals and provide responses to RFPs related to product, integration, delivery, installation, and maintenance.

Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (for Mandarin Client). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the IT-related field – network, system, and security.
• Strong knowledge of Network and Routing protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Security solutions (NGFW, DDoS, Cloud Security, WAF) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Professional knowledge of terminology, trends, and concepts of ICT security, network, and application products.
• Possess own transport.
