Purpose of the Role:

Explores and seeks to identify and secure viable new Pharma and Consumer Healthcare business for Zuellig Pharma, based on compiled market research and data, and the Zuellig Pharma’s strategies and direction of growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients in the healthcare industry.

Identify and onboard new sellers, while developing a seller success plan based on their needs and their requirement to be successful on the marketplace (tech, commercial terms, marketing).

Expectations of the Role:

  1. Foster close working relationships with all departments within Zuellig Pharma in terms of communication, information, and development of various business proposals to address the business needs of potential sellers.
  2. Actively source, review, and identify prospects of Pharma / Consumer Healthcare with robust pipelines and chase towards closing and securing new digital business as well as enhance the current market share from classic and eCommerce B2C typical sellers.
  3. Prepare tailored value proposition slides for each prospect, conduct presentation pitches, and meetings with prospects to secure new business, and negotiate various terms and conditions regarding Zuellig Pharma’s service offerings.
  4. Maintain close contact and enhance working relationships with existing & new sellers.
  5. Contract review and negotiations on various terms with potential sellers as well as existing sellers to grow their sales and engagement on the platform.
  6. Communicate new seller’s contract terms & business requirements to all relevant departments (finance, tech, customer service, data team) within Zuellig Pharma to ensure facilities are ready for successful business implementation and the agreed terms are applied.

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economy / Marketing or related field
  • At least 5-6 years experience in a similar role
