Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers for sales operations and negotiations related to sales plans, pricing, promotion budgets, etc.
• Monitor domestic and export sales with the regional marketing officer.
• Oversee and manage sales to achieve sales targets and business plans.
• Report sales performance and achievements in meetings.
• Supervise sales operations from order receipt to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Product Planning, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth interrelated operations.
• Ensure sales staff perform daily routine tasks as scheduled.
• Ensure sales operations are systematic and comply with rules and regulations.
• Monitor advertising and promotion utilization to launch new models and boost sales.
• Conduct monthly meetings with customers (domestic and overseas) for sales forecasts and market updates.
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Sales Business Development or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Creative thinking mindset, strong analytical skills, sensitive to consumers’ needs and market trends.
• Candidate with manufacturing, industrial sales working experience will have an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Software.
