Job Responsibilities
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to ensure compliance; maintain and update SOP and records.
  • Enhance and improve current processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
  • Follow company processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Skills required: communication, customer service.
  • Preferably with an outspoken personality.
