Position: Client Relations Officer
Location: Kuala Lumpur Office (with occasional travel for corporate training events)
Industry: Learning & Development / Corporate Training
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure client needs are met with professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs, seminars, and workshops including registration, follow-ups, and feedback management.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, and Program Development teams to deliver tailored training solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain client databases and records accurately, ensuring all communication is documented and updated regularly.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve client concerns, and provide after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry networking events, forums, and expos to promote ASK Management Group’s services.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client relations, sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of Mailchimp or client engagement systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and interest in the training and development industry.
