To be eligible for this role, you will require :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in M&E works, preferably in residential or housing developments.
• Knowledgeable in M&E services design for building services.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.

Your tasks & responsibilities will be :

• Review shop drawings and infrastructure calculations by subcontractors for M&E documents, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Attend bi-weekly site walks with subcontractors.
• Prepare internal progress reports on shop drawings, material approval, and work method statements.
• Review RFIs issued by IOW to clarify construction drawings and resolve issues related to M&E design and other trades.
• Assist the Project Team in daily updates and monitoring of site progress.
• Address technical issues, discrepancies, and updates related to drawings on-site, providing solutions to superiors.
• Maintain proper records of all incoming drawings, variations, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate, monitor, and schedule material deliveries, machinery mobilization, and small equipment with the Main contractor.
• Plan, implement, and monitor the weekly programme to achieve the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate all M&E services and communicate discrepancies to superiors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants regarding on-site works and drawings.
• Ensure M&E subcontractors submit their shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings on schedule.
• Ensure all M&E materials are approved prior to work commencement.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
