To strengthen its presence in Germany, our customer is seeking a committed and motivated leader to execute our commercial strategy, manage daily activities, and expand market presence.
Location: Within Germany, 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Strategy execution and reporting:
- Develop and implement plans to optimize value levers in Germany (tender and non-tender business).
- Develop and execute product launch strategies, including marketing, inventory, contracting, and pricing.
- Manage open house contracts and prepare monthly reports.
- Plan and implement marketing activities.
- Commercial and operational management:
- Monitor public tenders and tender calendars.
- Prepare tender offers and develop pricing strategies, maintaining them in Lauer Taxe.
- Track and monitor discount settlements for tenders and contracts.
- Create monthly reports on tenders won.
- Coordinate product launches and manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds.
- Interface with logistics providers for incoming goods, orders, returns, and reporting.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams in India for demand planning.
- Coordinate with the finance department in India for payments and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Tender Management within the German pharmaceutical market.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L management, and industry trends.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful business strategies.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, results-driven, and independent.
