Manage Daily Activities of the Accounting Department

• Oversee daily operations within the accounting department.
• Report to management regarding asset utilization and audit outcomes, and suggest operational and financial improvements.
• Consult with company officials on financial and regulatory matters.
• Prepare, review, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other financial documentation.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Process invoices for payment.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets; prepare periodic reports comparing budgeted versus actual costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is essential.
• Background in costing is required.
