They are currently looking for a Telemarketing Analyst to join their team and assist in the company's business.
Job Description
Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers who have shown interest in the products and services.
Manage account and contact information within the CRM system, including recording all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and documenting pertinent customer and product information.
Initiate contact with customers to apprise them of the available products and service offerings.
The Successful Applicant
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English and you are required to deal with US customers and regional stakeholders
Minimum 1-2 years telemarketing, pre-sales, telesales, business development or relevant experience.
Open to motivated fresh graduates with strong verbal communication skills in English
Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using SAP system
Must be willing to work US shift hours (Monday-Friday, 8pm - 5am Malaysia time)
