Telemarketing Analyst (US shift)

About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in terms of supplying precision instruments and services. They are a renowned player within the manufacturing industry, with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Telemarketing Analyst to join their team and assist in the company's business.

Job Description

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers who have shown interest in the products and services.
• Manage account and contact information within the CRM system, including recording all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and documenting pertinent customer and product information.
• Initiate contact with customers to apprise them of the available products and service offerings.

The Successful Applicant

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English and you are required to deal with US customers and regional stakeholders
• Minimum 1-2 years telemarketing, pre-sales, telesales, business development or relevant experience.
• Open to motivated fresh graduates with strong verbal communication skills in English
• Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using SAP system
• Must be willing to work US shift hours (Monday-Friday, 8pm - 5am Malaysia time)
