We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales and Business Development Officer to promote CTOS solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of CTOS credit reporting and risk management services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base, especially among SMEs.
• Promote and sell CTOS products and services, including credit reports, monitoring tools, and trade references.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demos to potential clients.
• Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand clients’ financial health and credit risk concerns to recommend appropriate CTOS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
