Job Description

  1. Responsible for an annual revenue target, developed through new business acquisition throughout the year.
  2. Collaborate with Vertical Leaders and Customer Success Teams, independently identifying and addressing client business issues or project briefs. Support from technical teams is provided to propose suitable solutions, including consumer studies, data collection approaches, research design, timelines, and investments. Develop and present these solutions to clients.
  3. Lead proactive client engagement by identifying decision-makers within targeted companies and maintaining relationships to become a trusted advisor, thereby increasing business opportunities.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research techniques and applications; eager to learn about value-added analysis to effectively address clients' key research objectives.
  5. Demonstrate a willingness and ability to understand the client's business, building knowledge about key industry verticals and Consumer Insights Solutions.
  6. Ensure vertical leaders and customer success teams fully understand prospective client requirements to deliver quality outputs and achieve high CSAT scores.
  7. Ensure accurate costing and margin calculations for all outgoing proposals.
  8. Support marketing communications and create email campaigns via Sales Loft.
  9. Comply fully with costing, leads, pipeline, and revenue system processes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in business development or account management.
  2. Well-versed in quantitative research, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging mid-level stakeholders within client organizations.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with Sales Loft, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  5. Ability to draw insights and tell compelling stories with data.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
