- Develop and maintain inspection reports.
- Perform buy off and sampling inspection for internal process, outgoing and incoming parts.
- Update checklist and inspection report.
- Ensure quality control procedure being adhered.
- Authorized for internal verification.

- Do and maintain 5S at respective work area.
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
- Prepare and maintain test data for review.

- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
- Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
- Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.
- Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Solid understanding of test equipment.
- Minimum 2~5 years of inspection and/or production experience.
- Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret information and blue-print.
- Ability to summarize re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
