Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to acquire IT-related business/product requirements: ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' needs and goals.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis of business/product requirements, and create clear, concise product specifications for both the development and QA teams.

UI and Functional Design Expertise: Create implementation proposals that align with predefined business goals, focusing on both UI/UX design and functional requirements to ensure optimal user experience and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Communication: Manage and communicate expectations with clients and technical teams (developers & QA) to optimize resource utilization, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Project Planning & Management: Develop project timelines, estimate time costs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful delivery within agreed-upon timeframes.

Product Quality Oversight: Ensure that the product development process aligns with predefined specifications and client expectations, working closely with the QA team to verify that the final product meets high standards of quality.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Software Engineering / QA background are encouraged to apply.

Preferably candidate with Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent.

Required languages: Mandarin and English.

Preferably a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of complex projects and experienced in product management.

Proficient in PRD writing and documentation of existing modules, with an emphasis on creating flowcharts and UI/UX wireframing/prototyping.

Candidates should possess strong analytical & creative thinking skills and be able to analyse requirements from multiple facets.

Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, fast learning, able to work independently, with the ability to communicate product requirements to multiple teams clearly.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively (organizing and coordinating) with both clients and multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferably candidates with firm understanding of communication methods (API) between backend and frontend (thru HTTPS/WebSocket & gRPC/JSON format).

Extensive knowledge in both development and operations, including but not limited to software development, database management, system architecture, computer networking, UI/UX design is a plus.

Mandarin fluency is preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
