Chauffeur appointed personnel to and from official meetings, business appointments, and events as required.

Plan and follow efficient and safe routes, ensuring timely arrival at destinations.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition, performing daily checks and arranging for maintenance when needed.

Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust travel routes as needed.

Ensure the vehicle is fueled, road tax and insurance are valid, and service schedules are up to date.

Keep track of trip logs, mileage, petrol usage, tolls, and parking fees for reporting or reimbursement.

Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of all passengers, their activities, and information.

Assist with loading and unloading of items, documents, or parcels when required.

Provide ad hoc support such as running errands or delivering important documents securely.

Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.

Job Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.

Must be willing to travel to KL to pick up passengers.

Familiarity with Klang Valley roads, traffic patterns, Waze/Google Maps, and common business destinations.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Punctual, reliable, discreet, and well-groomed.

Physically fit, with the ability to work long or flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.

Able to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
