About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive - Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at HONSENZ HOLDING GROUP SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role involves utilizing your exceptional sales and interior design skills to expand our customer base and deliver outstanding solutions to clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Consult & Advise – Offer expert guidance on space planning, materials, and design concepts tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Drive Sales Performance – Close deals effectively, meet and exceed sales targets, and enjoy a rewarding commission structure.
3. Lead Generation & Networking – Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach strategies.
4. Sales Documentation & Coordination – Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and handle documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
5. Project Management – Oversee design and renovation progress, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
6. Collaboration & Customer Experience – Work closely with installation teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and reinforce positive brand reputation.
7. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in sales or interior design, preferably in the KITCHEN CABINETS or home furnishings industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and persuade clients
• Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in design software such as AI House, KD Max, 3D Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences
