Job description

Corporate Finance Senior Associate / Associate (CFD2)

Execute, review, and assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercises, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

  1. Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals while maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors, auditors, valuers, relevant authorities, and other professionals.
  2. Perform feasibility analysis of corporate proposals.
  3. Prepare, assist, and review applications and documents for submission to relevant authorities.
  4. Attend to queries from regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.
  5. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing, or related fields.
  2. Proficiency with relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  3. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or related fields. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA are an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical skills for market and research data, detail-oriented in documentation review and information verification.
  5. Good English writing and communication skills for liaising with external parties.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
  7. Highly driven, independent, capable of multitasking, with good communication and presentation skills.
