Business Development & Marketing Manager (FMCG) (Agency Food)

Identify New Business Opportunities: Discover potential markets for agency products that align with the company's growth strategies.

Evaluate Business Feasibility: Assess the viability of new and existing product developments or business ventures to uncover areas of opportunity.

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns to boost product and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Principal Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with Principals.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with sales and other stakeholders to enhance product/brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and execute marketing strategies that promote business growth and drive revenue and profit for assigned brands/products.

Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Market Research and Analysis: Monitor consumer behaviors, market trends, trade dynamics, business drivers, and competitor strategies, providing periodic advice to Principals.

Product Innovation: Contribute to product innovation by implementing development programs aimed at increasing profit margins.

Identify Market Opportunities: Discover new market opportunities for brands and product categories.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the advertising and promotion budget to ensure profitability.

Reporting and Forecasting: Liaise with Principals, prepare monthly reports, and forecast as needed.

Monitor Marketing Effectiveness: Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives, using key metrics to continuously improve strategies.

Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.

Principal Management: Experience in managing relationships with Principals is essential.

Travel: Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities.

Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Planning and Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage projects effectively.

Creativity: Ability to identify alternative approaches and solutions.

Digital Proficiency: Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
