About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Hotel Housekeeping professional to join our dynamic team in Melaka. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine cleanliness and high standards of our hotel property.

What you'll be doing

1. Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies.
2. Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, are kept clean and well-presented.
3. Assist with laundry and linen management tasks, including sorting, washing, and replenishing stock.
4. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner.
5. Adhere to all health and safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries.

1. Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role or similar hospitality setting.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
3. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
4. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
5. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
