Responsibilities & Authorities

• Planning, tracking, and expediting project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Planning and optimizing resources.
• Ensuring all project correspondences are timely updated.
• Coordinating project requirements and targets effectively.
• Maintaining up-to-date VDML submissions and ensuring a successful project kick-off.
• Conducting meetings internally and externally, and executing ITP.
• Reporting project updates and budget expenditures in a timely manner.
• Performing any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Work locations include Cheras Jaya and Lumut Sitiawan, Perak.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural / Civil).
• Experience in Oil & Gas project management or services.

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering project management, project execution, or related fields.
