Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify e-invoice transactions for accuracy
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and records
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with e-invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Autocount) is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Preferably looking for Cantonese and Mandarin speakers. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (8 am – 5:30 pm)
