BLPaczka (eng. BLParcel) operates as a logistic integrator dedicated to Baselinker's users. We specialize in delivering e-commerce parcels of various sizes, both domestically and internationally. We collaborate only with trusted partners, guaranteeing high-quality logistics services. Our simple integration via BaseLinker's plugin makes sending parcels convenient, reliable, and cost-effective.

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic manager to launch BLPaczka's operations in the Romanian market.

Requirements

(listed in order of priority)

  • Continuous analysis of logistics and e-commerce markets (volumes, key players, prices, marketing trends, technological topics, etc.)
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with courier companies in Germany, with support from Poland
  • Practical understanding of adapting BLParcel’s software for German clients (full implementation to be handled on the Polish side)
  • Identifying and exploring sales opportunities within the BaseLinker community and beyond
  • Building and scaling the team in line with business growth

Responsibilities

  • Strong sales skills and proactive attitude; technical knowledge is not mandatory
  • Knowledge of the logistics and/or e-commerce industry
  • Managerial experience, preferably in startup or business development environments
  • Strategic thinking and operational execution skills
