  • We build relationships with external partners to lead business opportunities and collaborations.
Get to Know the Role
  • You will be a key member of the Business Development team, focusing on leading merchant acquisition for GrabPay & PayLater by Grab, and driving payment partnership functions across Malaysia.
  • You will report to the Head, Merchant - Payment & Loyalty and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Achieve sales goals, acquire merchants, manage sales channels, and implement projects to support long-term business growth.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth transition onto the GrabPay & PayLater platform, coordinating with relevant teams and resolving issues.
  • Identify new opportunities and market insights, engaging with partners to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Account Management and Marketing to improve post-sales engagement.
  • Familiarize with payment integrations (offline and online) to increase sales funnel conversion from negotiations to post-launch support.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within the payment and FinTech landscape.
  • Excellent client relationship and business growth skills.
  • Extensive professional connections in the industry.
