In this role, which you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities as part of a job rotation opportunity:

  1. Transactional backend processing, including data entry into SAP system for employee personal details.
  2. Data entry related to Employee Movements, such as new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.
  3. Transactional backend processing of Employee’s leave and Overtime data.
  4. Working on Excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.
  5. Transactional backend data analysis and maintenance in Workday & SAP systems for employee compensation packages.
  6. Data analysis and maintenance, including incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, bonuses, etc.

Payroll Administration

  1. Running payroll via SAP system.
  2. Reconciliation work with PDA, Time & Attendance teams to ensure payroll reports reflect the correct monthly salary and remuneration.

Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage (SSC background/HR generalist, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP / Workday is a plus.
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang.
