Business Development Executive (Based in Indonesia)

Bestworld specializes in the supply of industrial refrigeration systems & machinery, including engineering consultation primarily for the Food Industry. As a dynamic, officially listed organization, we are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

We are expanding our business in Indonesia and are looking for a Business Development Executive from Malaysia to join our team. This role focuses on all products related to food processing machinery and refrigeration systems across Indonesia. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting market growth. The position is available at various levels, from Executive to Manager, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new customer accounts and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular sales visits across industrial zones and food processing sectors in Indonesia.
  • Present full product offerings, including machinery, systems, and value-added services.
  • Collaborate with the Indonesian operations team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful integration.
  • Drive sales growth within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all aspects of product delivery and customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Report on market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Malaysian citizen, willing to be based in or frequently travel to Indonesia.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in meat processing, packaging, or food manufacturing.
  • Familiar with the Indonesian market; experience visiting or working in Indonesia is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to engage and follow up with clients professionally.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to relocate or travel frequently within Indonesia.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
