Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Director: Support the Senior Project Manager or Project Director with various tasks, including clerical duties, maintaining client contact, answering questions, preparing presentations, and entering project data.
• Create Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, team duties, project goals, and timelines. Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop and present these plans to upper management before starting the project.
• Monitor Project Progress: Ensure projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. Responsible for identifying project objectives and ensuring they’re met.
• Report Project Results: Gather and document project results in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager. Report and present these results to clients and upper management, including successes, setbacks, and areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in relevant IT tools and software. Less experienced technical candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Ability to converse and articulate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve project delivery problems and challenges, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.
• Customer Engagement: Good customer engagement skills, with value added if experienced in customer servicing.
• Collaborative Mindset: Good at collaborating, communicating, and making things happen. Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
