Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer

Join Honeywell's Cyber Security Team in Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer to provide on-site cyber security services related to industrial Process Control Networks for our clients across various markets including Oil and Gas, Power Generation, and more. Responsibilities include consulting, troubleshooting, network design, assessments, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead assigned projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain current knowledge of cyber security solutions and industry standards like IEC-62443, ISO 27000.
3. Develop trusted relationships with clients by providing accurate technical support.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and diagnose issues efficiently.
5. Ensure safety compliance through relevant certifications.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Networking, Endpoint Security, IT Security, with relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessments, scanning tools (Nessus, NMAP), virtualization (VMware), and network security devices (firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM).
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and Windows/Linux security basics.
• Understanding of Process Control system design and industrial standards (ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST).

Valuable Skills

• Awareness of Australian cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with network services at client sites and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Knowledge of networking protocols like VLAN, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, SSH, etc.
