Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of human resources
- Processing payroll using payroll system and ensuring timely payroll completion
- Maintaining and updating employees' personal information in employee files and payroll system
- Checking attendance, leave records, and KPI submissions by employees
- Preparing monthly payroll summaries, payslips, and EA Forms
- Generating and submitting statutory contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB on time
- Assisting with foreign worker issues, including work permit applications, renewals, and terminations
- Organizing interview sessions and selection events
- Preparing correspondence letters to employees
- Tracking performance reports and calculating commissions
- Performing administrative or ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
